These photographs, primarily at night and in the half-light of early evening, reflect a sense of vulnerability. It emanates from this city’s streets, people, symbols and buildings. At night, we are more cautious and often the loneliness of the streets gives us gentle insights into the people we encounter. As we see and pass people in the city, particularly at night, we do not forget them. They are always in our hearts and our minds. A photographer will not forget an image and always remember when the shutter was pressed on his camera.
